Useless app for any type of tracking your MG
It worked, then it didn’t
I used the app for a couple of weeks, recoding my symptoms. All was fine. Didn’t get a lot of value from it. Then it’s told me I couldn’t log in. I verified my credentials repeatedly and still not able to login. Deleted my account and started over. “Error occurred “ with no further details

Difficulty signing in
If I register it says there is already an account. So go to reset my account it says there’s no account. Well which is it?
Doesn’t work
Why advertise or develop an app that can’t be used? This app won’t allow me to sign in or create an account. This is a real disservice to people with MG who actually try to track their symptoms or access resources. Shame on you MGFA. Very badly done.

Am I the only one having difficulty locating the UK in the address drop down - can’t sign up without!!!
Worthless without registration
I was unable to enter the 6 digit code for registration - irregardless of repeatedly requesting it be re-sent, I never got it.
Clunky, Bad user interface
After several attempts got the account set up, adding symptoms is time consuming and you have to change the time on every symptom. The question are not even based on the MG-AGL score that most providers and case managers use. Difficult to be able to see “progress” without constantly changing the filters.
The developer has obviously not bothered to ask MG patients how this should work and should feel free to contact me as to improvements that are needed to make this a usable and informative app.

So-so app
I have not tried all of the features out but in looking at the symptom tracking options it seems like this could be useful though it would be important to be able to print or share the information rather than having to hold the phone up in front of a doctor to see the details. Also the website said that I would find the “quality of life” assessment form built into the app but I don’t see that anywhere.
The graphics look professional and this is a good start but hopefully improvements will be made.

Can’t get account set up
Absolutely hopeless keeps throwing errors when trying to set up account. Why do you need my phone number and DOB.

Bad app
I can not download or get my password into the app. After trying several times, I am giving up. If the app can’t be installed, how can I trust it will work?
Broken login
I got numerous errors creating an account. I never did succeed. The login process is seriously broken. A waste of my time.
