Mobile app sucks
If I could do zero stars I would this is the worst update for a system that I’ve ever seen. When you update it’s suppose to get easier to use not worse This is not user friendly. wad it up and start over

Needs more work
Unfortunately, you have to enter in everything manually. Location services should populate fields automatically, but they don’t. It’s just really user unfriendly.
Swift & Easy
MGO Connect is so helpful with keeping up with permits, applications, and inspections. It saves me so much time, which would have been spent making phone calls just for a simple inspection status. Love this app.

Impossible to use
You can’t find things that you recently submitted. The search function isn’t worth a crap. it is so user-friendly it’s shouldn’t be even be on the App Store.

Very happy with this app
A lot to learn but worth it
It’s a lot to take in at first. Been so used to working downtown in the permit office. Now I don’t have to wait around anymore. It’s great. The more I use it the more I learn.

This has made my permitting process so much easier. This UI is new and refreshing compared to other companies. They have done a great job making the virtual experience a breeze.

Needed work done on my house. I couldn’t believe the amount of permits I really needed. It’s ridiculous. But I love how this app let me do it all in one place and processing was SO quick. This was super easy!
All my frustrations are gone
Idk about anybody else but having to go to the permit office and fill out the paper and wait always took too much time for me. I don’t have enough time in the day to be dealing with all those applications especially if I have 5 or so projects at once. With this thing I just use my iPad and it takes me like 10 minutes to do all my projects. Real useful for a busy guy like me I don’t even have to use the site anymore either

Great tool
this app is really nice to have since i dont have a real computer. i can just go and create applications and send them to my city no problem. i can print permits and receipts and do all the things i would usually do at the library just at my house. thanks mgo yall are great

Easy to use
This app along with it’s website is very helpful! I waited quite a bit for the app to come out so that I could work on the go, and I was not disappointed with the outcome. The app is easy to understand and very straight forward. Also customer service for the website have always been very helpful whenever I needed assistance.
