I can see what everyone else is saying. It doesn’t track movement whatsoever. It just show your phones/home location. Total scam

This tracker sucks!!! You have to keep logins off just to refresh the app to see where it is located at! I wasted my money on this garbage and it don’t show u real time tracking! What a waste of!

By far thee worst gps system. It lags so much. On top of that it randomly logs me off and I can’t log back in. This is not a good buy. The gps location is horrible!!!!!!

GPS is several miles off
Does not work. Do not buy or return immediately. The GPS is several miles off of being correct rendering the device and app useless.

The app in the device are honestly absolutely useless. I tried to have Hope. Even passed all of the bad reviews, however as of April 30, 2026 it’s completely useless. I don’t even know why I was wasted this app and product means a lot of work. They launched way too early. Especially because they are made to track your loved animals. You think you have something that is reliable and worthy and this is absolute trash. As well as the collar is huge for a cat holy cow we had to cut it down. I think it’s actually a dog collar even though the box says indoor outdoor cat tracker. I’m just very disappointed. Do not trust this company/brand with your animal. You might as well not have any tracker on them. The tracker moves all by itself. Mine stood in the car for three hours when I was first setting it up and left it in there and the tracker said that it was running back-and-forth from house to house. When it in fact was sitting stationary in one spot. As well as it acted like my cat a.k.a. the tracker was in the middle of the street. That’s literally a heart attack. The first thought of your mind is my cat got ran over. I just can’t say enough this app is absolutely terrible. Waste of money returning what you have now and get a better tracker avoid this brand.

Doesn’t pick up tracker
All this does is show where your phone is, not the tracker. It won’t even ring the tracker. It shows connected but does nothing. Everyone else was right.
Tracks my phone not the dog -Security Risk
I tried Multiple attempts to make it work with contact to MgpsY support. Finally got the app to work but not the device. Instead it tracks my iPhone – not the Dog’s location. When pressing “replay” on the app it shows all the places I drove around over many days – when the device was not with me. I think this is a big security risk. I am returning it to Amazon. When I opened Amazon to do the return I see the item has been taken off the site, no picture shows up and amazon says the item cannot be located. Amazon allows it to be returned even though it’s not showing up, but clearly it has been removed for sale. I wanted to leave a review on Amazon but could not. Do not buy and if you have bought it delete the app from your phone and clear its data.

Very delayed and sometimes stays frozen at the same location for days this is very bad development

The devices work I think, however this app doesn’t work. You can’t log in and you can’t create a new account through the app. You can only really use it on a computer.
