THIS APP ACTUALLY IMPROVED MY HEALTH
I can’t say enough good things about this app.
With everything going on in my busy life, it’s so easy for me to forget my meds or put my health on the back burner. I love using the mobriseHealth app because it’s straightforward and user friendly. It sends me reminders to take meds which has saved me from forgetting multiple times. It gives me the ability to track my nutrition to meet my doctors recommendations which has made me be more accountable. The app encourages me to exercise and let’s me track my physical activity.
Another feature I love is that with the tap of a finger I can have direct contact with my doctor’s office by sending a message. It may sound silly, but I feel more “supported” than I did when I was juggling my health on my own. 🙏🏼 Big “Thank You” to the developers of this app - it has helped me so much!!
