It takes way too long for each item to load. The website is worse. It seems like a very slow server. The app drops the connection. Each med is listed only be the Rx order number which isn’t helpful because I don’t have the number for each of our family members memorized to know what it is. As a result I have to tap each one, wait for it to load and then read to see the status. Each profile takes almost an entire minute to load (I timed it). Please list prescriptions by the medication name and put the number on the next page and invest in a faster server.

Not working
The app has not worked in over a week now. Might want to work on this!!
Family Prescriptions
I can’t find in the app where you can manage your family prescriptions. It won’t allow you to create an account for yourself, add family members and reorder prescriptions for your kids or spouse like big chain pharmacies will let you. You can’t create an account without a prescription for yourself. It’s not worth taking up space on your device.
