Their questions are really hard and nothing like the ARRT exam. Also, now they are giving me a hard time to cancel my subscription saying that they can’t find my account. Please don’t waste your money l. Use clover learning instead

RadReview was AMAZING!!!! Incredibly difficult in the beginning but if it’s not hard, how are you going to learn? It allowed me to understand the concepts to a T. They also provide explanations whether you get the questions correct or wrong. I recommended this to everyone studying for the boards.

For the life of me, I cannot login. I have updated both my phone and iPad entered the correct password on both devices and still, I cannot login. Tried sending a password reset email to myself in an attempt to login, no email was ever received (waited hours). And to top it off, there is no customer service help info on the app.

Can’t read material
I think the app is great for practice exams and testing my knowledge, but I wish I could be able to read the module material that the website provides. It also doesn’t allow me to flag questions like the website.
Inconvenience
I like it but what I don’t like is that you’re doing a quiz and boots you out. Fix that problem. I have to keep logging in numerous of times. Such an inconvenience
Confusing
Can't log on to website, only phone. Website says my email isn't registered but i registered on my phone with the same email.
No customer service
I somehow entered in one letter wrong for my email when I signed up to pay for subscription and I can’t get ahold of anyone
Not good at all.
1. The images are small and you are unable to enlarge them, meaning at times you can’t see the labels you are asked to identify or you can’t discern the anatomy it’s asking for.
2. It repeats the same questions way too often and doesn’t even mix up the order of the answers.
3. Even if you select to be quizzed on one specific category, it will mix in multiple categories.

Not doing what it’s supposed to do
It’s only wanting to set up practice exams when I only need it to read the book offline. It’s not even giving me the option to view the dang book.
Lacking
-You cant access the digital version of the Lange book. I paid for the book
-There is no way to report questions for errors

I have paid the money and still can’t use the app. It is really frustrating to figure out.
No customer service
I wrote to the customer service email like a month ago and still no answer to my problem.
Stolen funds
The app does not work conveniently and does not provide the full experience as advertised. I spent $79.99 for a full month of RADReview only for it to crash and not allow me to go through questions. I then purchased the same subscription again thinking the payment did not go through. The app then allowed me to go through questions but would not allow me to set a test date to get a study plan. I got in contact with both McGraw and Apple and they have denied the refund. I’m out almost $160 because of Apple and Mcgraws app. Pathetic thieves have stolen my funds. Would not recommend.

Crushed the test
Got a 91! Work the app, do a final review for all questions missed.
Offline feature works seamless
I found offline feature is very useful and it works really well. Overall application is user friendly and very nice and I recommend to all to download and use. Easy to use and better then web application.
Stopped working after paying for it
Trying to charge more money, after already paying. Doesn’t make sense. Questions are worded so much differently than ever seen on any other platform. Not liking this at all
Only tests
I wish it would let you review questions with the answers rather than blind testing (guessing) I struggle to learn anything from guessing and forgetting which of the 500 questions I answered incorrectly. Not effective.
Needs fixing
This app has been great with helping me study.
I would have given 5 starts but the reason I am giving 4 is because it is starting to mess up on me and there is nowhere where I can send a message to let them know that I’m having issues. It’s not letting me play any of the short videos and i can’t see some images during the labeling part of the questions.

Good content, but paying $65 per month for an app that routinely crashes is ridiculous.
