Useless AND buggy
The worst employee healthcare app, website, and system that I’ve used in 20 years. Poor organization, 90’s era interface, lack of findable coverage and benefit information, and sometimes you can’t even log in.
Useless
This app is useless. I can’t look up any prescription coverage at all. It only has my personal and elections info in the entire app. Absolute garbage
