No funciona la app en la mayoria de las veces

Cuando hay corte de energia muchas veces tambien se corta la señal 3G de lis celulares x lo q la app no funciona x no haber señal y no hay opcion x resolver el problema porq la Ande no responde el telefono y la app no tiene como conectarse. En otras ocasiones incluso con señal la app puede q no se conecte.se demoran hasta 24 horas x resolver el problema de una casa y si es fin de semana puedes olvidarte de tener tu corriente de vuelta si no es hasta el lunes
