Credit card payments don’t work
Combined with the fact that there were problems with their phone payments with Mastercard and that there aren’t more options to pay for a foreigner, AND that their service is non existent, this has been a completely rubbish experience for me. I’ve now left the country and im unable to pay the bill - I’ve also heard that they make it impossible to cancel, even though the sales person expressly told me that it would be ok. I can’t pay you guys if your stuff doesn’t work, I’m sorry - I tried 😅

Fallas en la app
No permite hacer recargas, funciona muy lento, se queda colgado desde la actualización ha dejado de funcionar al menos prueben antes de lanzarla actualización. Ha sido todo un problema pagar un recibo desde hace una semana que estoy intentando y nada que se puede solo se queda en “espere”. Pero no sucede nada más.
