Unable to log in. Followed the instructions to get help. They don’t work
Terrible
I cannot sign on. The app asks me to change password and sends me a link. I change the password and go back to the app which then says my credentials are wrong. They then direct you to customer service and when you email you get a mailbox is full message.

cant login, says "invalid format" to my user, even tho i write the same credentials than with the browser app, on which i login no problem
i wrote to the email address provided for help. got an email back saying it cant be delivered cause their inbox is full.

No privacy stops downloads makes you ask for request 5 times before it registers

Keeps telling me to update the mobile app but have found this impossible to do as just goes back to the home page!!! Frustrating

Transfer statistics 5 times what it should be. I know roughly how much data we use yet Lycamobile is recording about 5 times that amount is being used.
