Application fails to load

iPhone 8+ iOs 15.2 after last update application crash after Id and phone number just pressing the green button next crash an quit the application Some times the application before this update give errors that fails to retrieve your account info and get stuck in that until you uninstall and reinstall right now the only way is uninstall and use the web browser to use “mi Movistar” iOs app total failure at least in iPhone 8+ iOs 15.2 This year has history of failures is the application from couple of month ago… Sad :( same behavior 19-10-2023)
