This app is designed to help you manage a diet based on counting points rather than calories. It allows for flexibility in food choices as long as you stay within your assigned daily and weekly point limits, aiming to foster healthier eating habits.
Each food item is assigned a specific number of points. You are given a daily capital of points to consume, along with an extra weekly allowance. The app helps you track these points to ensure you don't exceed your budget.
The app is free to download and use, but it does offer in-app purchases. These purchases likely provide additional features or customization options to enhance your dieting experience.
The primary benefit is learning to develop healthy eating habits by being conscious of what you consume. The point system offers a less restrictive approach compared to traditional calorie counting, allowing for a wider variety of foods.
This app is ideal for individuals who want to lose weight or adopt healthier eating patterns without feeling overly restricted. It's suitable for those who prefer a point-based system over calorie counting and want a tool to manage their food intake effectively.
