The worse interface and log in ever
This is the worse app I have ever seen. Do you know what it is to localize it across languages? You can’t even log in and use it once you download it and try to set it up. Horrible planning, coding and support. Are you guys just using this to hack people?
LOGIN DESNT EVEN WORK
I CANT EVEN LOG IN!!! AND WHY DO U JAVE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT JUST TO SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS! ALL THEY DO IS SPAM YOUR EMAIL AFTER U CREAT AN ACCOUNT! THEY ASK U TO VERIFY WITH A CODE BUT ALL THE CODES ARE BROKEN! I WISH I COULD RATE THIS A 0 STAR BUT THE LOWEST I CAN GO IS 1STAR!

When I opened up the app it asked me to create an account so I did and then it asked me to log in but every time I tried to log in it came back with the error message of “log in failed”. I tried everything from creating an account to restarting my device and re-downloading the app. I am very disappointed.

Always Fail to login. Very hard to use. User interface Looks very very ugly . I have to return the robot to walmart. So disappointed!
Login Now Reqiured
Seems a login is required to use this bluetooth remote app. It was great when we could open it up, but now we cannot get it to open on iPhone or Android devices. We simply get an error "Failed to login" on multiple different net connections with multiple devices on every network.
I did call customer support in the US & it seems they have never had this problem before & said they will call back tonight to help.
