Basic, poorly designed and unworkable, much like the online customer service, a truly disappointing experience all around.
Delivery related
The app or mi does not allow you to change your delivery address which is highly inconvenient. Had a genuine issue where I placed the order and then realized that my delivery address was the wrong address. Tried to correct it since I didn’t want to cancel and re order but it’s against mi policy. This is something ridiculously absurd policy which is highly inconvenient for customers. Request you to not have such policies where you are causing inconvenience with unnecessary delays.

What is the most expensive watch which is a smart watch which can do the same thing as a phone
So I do like watches, but only like smart
watches which can do the same thing as phones are really chunky and they could fall out while watches just stay on your wrist. I don’t like mechanical watches. I like smart watches but why is your tech always cheap? Are you trying to make people happy but if they’re cheap? They won’t be good quality. so I’m just going to put four stars or three stars. Okay, can you just please answer?

I ordered pad 6 on 16 july and it was not delivered to me yet.
I have registered complaint twice about the order, first time they told to deliver the order in 24 hours, second time in 72 hours And when I called today to your service executive he put my phone on hold for 42 minutes

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THERE WAS A OPTION
Problems
- no refund policy, absolutely shocking.
- pictures of women.

Not working
I needed to contact customer support and this app won’t have it. Typing doesn’t work, sending pictures neither . At the end it freezes the phone.
Terrible app
It’s doesn’t show the daily picks to be able to buy any more. Quite often, purchases aren’t possible.

Awful
Took 30 mins to pay for item. Went in circles. PayPal and credit card payments didn’t work.
Absolute crap phone. Crap customer service. No after care at all.
The worst experience I have ever had buying a phone. Customer service don’t give a damn. The phone is absolutely crap. Poco x4. Stay well away from this incompetent cowboy outfit. Bunch of scammers. This phone is going in the bin. Where it belongs.

Upon recommendation from my friend who use xiaomi ( they’ve purchased their phone from the store ) I’ve decided to buy it on their website which for some reason was super slow and had some issues.
After which I’ve downloaded an app which was super slow to navigate as well. Sometimes my order gets disappeared from the cart & after wasting some time when I finally managed to go the checkout it won’t accept my UK postcode saying it’s not a valid “Zip code”
Finally when it accepted my postcode it won’t accept my paypal so I gave my debit card details and it crashed so I gave it a benefit of doubt and put down my details again and it crashed again.
The whole process to order a simple phone took me almost 2 hours from their site to the app as everything’s slow and got some issues.
I don’t even know if my order has gone through or the payment has been deducted. Tried to send them a complaint but the option isn’t working.
Their app seems to have some issues and looking at the reviews and rating not surprised that it’s a very common occurrence. I will now chase them and check my bank statement to see I’m not charged for the order I won’t receive.
It’s disappointing as some of their phones are very good quality but bad app is just a bad reputation for a tech company.

Cannot work with UK addresses, it insists my “area” is my borough not my county or town and I cannot change it. Requires house number, house name and street name (but not town), and I’m not confident my order would arrive based on how it mangled everything.
Tried anyway with Amex (as they would at least get my money back), but the payment system failed.
Just don’t use this.
