SUGERENCIA
Deben quitar la pregunta automática de pagos recurrentes a tarjeta, si uno lo desea lo activa y listo, por accidente le ha pasado a conocidos y después es un problema quitar de la tarjeta ese pago recurrente.
Very confusing
Trying to see if my postpaid bill is paid. One few says “pagado”; ver detailes says “pendiente”!?! What’s right? Pagado o pendiente? Your SMS also says saldo vencido! But I am sure I paid before! Please! Get your language to be accurate and precise!!!

Bad service
The internet keeps dropping and if the internet drops everything drops. I’m not happy with the service an now they want to change me to cancel the service after giving me bad service. They promised me the world to connect with them and now they treat me like garbage

En 1 ..2..x3 recargas de cualquier parte, usando incluso la app en un celular de otro país.
Awful phone service and terrible data plans. No 30 days plans.

The customer should be able to permanently change the language on the app to what is preferred. It continuously switched back to Spanish.

Que pinga les pasa ponen a uno a recárgar disque para pagar deudas de su mismo servicio xuxas de su madre pero por ahi estara el director de tigo con un hp tiro en el culo por perra y no esten llorando, son vivos hasta que se mueren
