Crashes on iPhone 16 Pro
Crashes every time I try to go anywhere in the app! Trying to use the map it is zoomed out so far you have to zoom in and zoom in and zoom in to see anything. Navigating to dining is an empty list. Useless app.
Almost useless
I frequently fly out of MIA so I thought this app would be helpful. So far, it crashes every time I try to navigate beyond the homepage. Was this app built by FloridaMan™️?

Keep the app lost in Miami versus Orlando International Airport separate flight flights
Please keep the app I need both apps to stay. The app keeps freaking out. It’s just that we’re going on separate flights and I don’t wanna get lost into separate airports the Miami International Airport app keeps freaking out

Trying to locate restaurants during a layover, the AA app actually had a better functioning map than the MIA Airport Official app v3.2.0

Time to Spotlight the Airline That Moves Miami
It’s surprising to see that the Miami Airport app features a background photo of an Air France aircraft, considering Air France only operates a few daily flights out of MIA. Meanwhile, American Airlines based in the North Terminal (Concourses D and E) operates over 340 daily flights and plays a major role in the airport’s operations.
It would be great to see the airport app reflect that reality and give recognition to the airline that significantly contributes to the airport’s traffic and presence in Miami.

Not intuitive
I could not see the wait times though the whole point of me downloading the app was to check security lines

The map doesn’t work, information is terrible. Even the airport is terrible, no wheelchairs for disabled passengers, just really bad

For Dinning - Why would you not have the option to filter by terminal? You should mimic DFW's app..
Cannot trust the information
The TSA security point info is not accurate or up to date. The app indicated today that TSA pre check was closed at TSA point 5, which was incorrect. We were flying from gate G, and there is no TSA point listed for concourse G in the app, but there is one!

This is one of the worst apps and their website is even worse. Make the map be able to move away from where I am!
Wheelchair accessible in the TSA lines
I like using this app because I use Miami international Airport many times and it is easy to look to see how long the TSA lines are especially if I have to use a wheelchair in the airport because I can’t walk long distances plus the airport is so big
Not up to date
I am trying to track AA 834 from PIT but it doesn’t come up on the app.

Works good to keep track of your flight and distance to gate from wherever you are currently, also distance to nearby shops or whatever you are looking for. Just wish it included the boarding time for the flight and the option to remind you when you should start heading to the gate based on how far away you are and the boarding time.

Map is the worst
Pan constantly resets your view to your current location and doesn’t let you pan to explore.
Displaying Departures by time
I want to be able to view / select departures times and then viewing a list of the airlines leaving at those times. And in which runway.
Currently, this app makes me choose an airline first and displays its departure information afterwards. It’s too time consuming and not user friendly.
