Don’t buy anything online, I bought it last month. This people have not delivered it in 20 days. No customer service nothing

Cost cutting
Clearly doing major cost-cutting. I ordered 2 coins, but instead of packing them in separate boxes as expected, both were stuffed into a single one. Not the experience you’d expect for such items.

Worst experience with this app. I will never recommend anyone… they are harassing customers by taking prepared orders and return initiate from their side.. after that they didnt even refund me till yet..

App doesn't load
When ever I try to look for any design, non of the pictures loads, it is just the price and name. Without the photo how can we see the design
Functioning of app is not good
I wouldn’t recommend downloading the app to purchase . The otp notifications doesn’t come on time, it takes 2,3 hours to receive and the app closes automatically again. They need to solve this technical issue for better functioning.

While browsing for the products online, the app closes automatically every few minutes! Which is very annoying please improvise.
App is getting closed after using 5 min.
After using 5 min application is getting closed. Again we need to start from searching from scratch. Please resolve this bug and perform some load testing.
App has glitches
The app doesn’t work properly! Halfway through seeing products.. the app closes. When u try to check order status.. it goes in a loop and gets hung! Mia doesn’t even send any email confirmation on orders nor any order status update! And the app doesn’t work properly so impossible to see order status online also! Customer support is just as lost when you chat with them and are clueless on order status!

App crashes everytime I scroll down for more designs. Very difficult to look designs as you have to launch the app again and again..

Worst after service
I have made a purchase from Mia on 25th March 2023 and the order details are not yet reflected in the app, I reached customer care multiple times but the response was not satisfactory and didn’t help to resolve the issue.
I have been associated with Tanishq from past 5 years and have never faced any issues, the service was very good from them. But the experience with Mia is quite disappointing, this is the first time I have purchased and I feel it’s a wrong decision.
I regret my decision of making purchase with Mia as I was in a impression that it’s the part of Tanishq, but the customer service is poor

Order failed money not refunded
I have been following up with the team from past 17 days regarding my refund for the failed order but they are just making excuses and not even replying over email.
Didn’t expect this from such a big brand.
