Trolley not showing up when app shows it is supposed to arrive
Not happy
No information of when which one comes, synchronizes my location wrong.
The app stopped working on iPhone
This app used to be great, but it was stopped tracking trolleys for some weeks now. I simply can’t see ANY trolleys on the map! It’s hugely irritating, esp as I heavily rely on this app to get around. What is going on?!?!?!
No timeline, no markings on map where stops are

This used to be a really good app, but recently, in the city of Miami, it is completely incorrect. if you look at the map, it says a trolley went by, when there was not a trolley in real life. And then when there’s a real life trolley, it’s not reflected in the app. I don’t know what happened, but it’s not working anymore.

Very difficult to travel with a small baby and the stroller
Hi,
after discussions with many moms and nannies for many months, I am wondering if there is something possible to do about the drivers demanding folding the strollers before coming in. It’s quite difficult to unload all the bags with necessary baby items from the stroller storage, hold the bags, hold the baby and fold the stroller the same time and load it up inside the bus.
If the trolley should be a community service we feel very excluded from be able to use it.
The parks and libraries are empty because we just cannot get there by walking distance and we gave up on transportation opportunity which making us frustrated
