Love and hate the app
Love how quick it is to access up until today when it’s not working at all. Need to fix the app and add more items like disclosures, mls sheet and brokerbay!
Lack Luster
This app leaves a lot to be desired. The design is hardly user friendly. The only reason I have it is so I can send the Mibor listing to my realtor. I use Redfin and Zillow regularly. This app need many more filter options. It needs a better layout on the map. It needs an option for eliminating properties you’ve already looked at. Looking at property photos needs to be more seamless. And for some ridiculous reason there is more information about properties available on Redfin and Zillow than on this app.
Definitely not my go to and I wouldn’t even use it if my realtor didn’t need the Mibor listing.

Very buggy
Judging by the reviews and the app of course, this has not been updated in quite some time. When I try to use any feature, the app shuts down. Any search, anything.
No chat loading
My clients are using this app. I am notified when they like a home however the chat has not loaded in months. Is anything being done with bug fixes in this app?
Outdated
The app is very outdated compared to Zillow, Realtor, and the many others.
Wonderful app
Love the app. I’ve always had great luck with it, however, recently I’ve had issues with the home assist. I can’t get it to load whatsoever
Operations of App
It’s easy to navigate through. Super simple to understand. Continuously updating with new homes and getting rid of sold homes.
Add lot size in list description and room sizes
I love the app. I wish the MIBOR app and site both displayed lot size in the list description . Also it’d be awesome if your site and the app listed room dimensions because the pictures taken usually aren’t true. We have a very broad area that we’re looking in and styles from Victorian to log cabins. I have a minimum preferred but it varies with the type of house and location. it would make searching through 100’s of houses a little quicker. Other than that I’m happy with the app 🌟🌟🌟🌟

No results available
Frequently, in the middle of a search by area, the app clears and suddenly says “No results available”. It usually takes searching three or four times to get any properties to show up again. Then it will show a few and go blank again. Very glitchy, almost unusable.

Constantly says no results
Anytime I zoom in or out, it always says no results found. After I reply to the dialog box, it then shows me the result. Drives me crazy.
Soooo much better than the website
I’m not sure how, but the functionality on the MIBOR app is MUCH better than the website. The MIBOR website developers should take note. This is possibly the only app (and I use quite a few mapping/real estate apps) that I prefer using on my phone vs laptop, even with the smaller screen
Needs improvement.
I am a realtor and I use this app for various purposes, the issue that I am having with this app is that the search is not as smooth. I just want a user friendly search, Just allow a search bar that is able to search by address, location and MLS # with one simple search bar without selecting searching method.

They don’t have all states I searched where I wanted to find a house and the haven’t heard of it but it was on the map?

This app is easy to use. Wish it would list HUD/Short Sale/foreclosures as well. Be more specific of disclosures as well.
iPad version could be better
I like how up to date this app is, but the search feature for the iPad is slight garbage.
