I want to write a complaint about the fact that I ordered a Luna costume from FNAF more than 3-4 weeks ago and it never arrived. Halloween is coming soon and I ordered it for my daughter. Now she is sad. I want an explanation.

I’d say the shipping does take a while (as expected since buying from a asian company) but my experience with them so far has been great! I got a Chocola cosplay and Sylveon cosplay from here, and both were great quality. Just if you’re planning on cosplaying a character like chocola, buy a separate pair of ears and a tail, the ones they give are poor quality. Most of their prices are also pretty affordable for cosplay!

I love this site for cosplays. Good sales and good quality cosplays. I’ve been ordering from this place for a while and I’m never dissatisfied. Just check the size chart before you buy!
Pretty Expensive
honestly the costumes are kind of cheap looking to be paying extra for shipping. i was going to buy just one costume but then i was kind of like “what the heck?” and bought 2 instead because the cost of shipping for 1 costume is 10.99. when i bought 2 the cost in total without shipping was $209.98 plus shipping it was $229.97. mind you, in economic express. and that’s not including taxes. and would be delivered next month. i already bought 2 costumes previously and they’re pretty cheap and easily to tear. i understand that they’re coming from another country but that is pretty expensive for costumes not worth 200 bucks.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING🤩
I got a Gyro Zeppeli cosplay from here and not only was it amazing and perfect, it came way before it said it would! I was super surprised and happy about that! Everything was amazing but the only thing is, is that after the shirt part when there’s the line things connected to the shirt it’s a little bit tight but absolutely worth the cosplay after all! (It was only a little bit tight in that one place) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just use the website
the website works fine. but it’s clear they don’t put much effort into the app. the website will have all of their cosplays listed in categories. the app is missing some of their stock, and the categorization is buggy. scrolling through cosplays at some point it tries to load more but gets stuck like that.

Disappointed
I LOVE Miccostumes cosplays, but I hate their app. Never had a problem ordering on the site, but when I ordered on the app my order was delayed. It’s constantly crashing, and half the stuff won’t load. You can’t filter cosplays by size (which is tough because not all their cosplays carry XS, so I have to click each individual one just to see)
You also can’t access your reward points..it just says “Network Error”.

WARNING Adds wrong sizes to cart
There is a bug that constantly changes the size I order (x-large) to small in the shopping cart. This caused me to order an expensive costume in the wrong size. Be very cautious in every check out stage to double check it doesn’t change your size.

I love the quality of the Genshin swimsuits I’ve bought, but both the app and the site are incredibly glitchy and janky. Everything takes forever to load, and I frequently have to close and reopen the app because it bugs out. 5 star costumes, absolute 1 star app.
First time ordering, the app is rubbish
I tried to use the website it, but it directed me to use the app which was disastrous as it would not take my details. It kept telling me my mobile number was incorrect which it’s not so why in the end I had to order off the website anyway, so I lost the discount which you could’ve had, but never mind we shall see what the clothes are like when they turn it up, I did ask for express shipping as I have read on the reviews that can take awhile. Otherwise I means the VAT and the taxes are included.

iPhone 12 Pro. App crashes right after opening it for the first time and selecting a language.
Bad company..
Sure good cosplays for a decent price… but… I’ve had TOO many issues. First the tighnari swimsuit.. my biggest complaint.. I ordered it for a reduced price back in May. It kept getting delayed and delayed over and over again. And they told me that they didn’t have the materials to make it… originally they told me to cancel and they said they’d give me a coupon in return for the same I paid for it… I WOULDNT want to buy from this shop EVER again after each attempt they’ve had to get me to pay double to price for things, things not showing up and blaming me for it, and so on so forth… just.. AVOID at all costs.. I’ll be also announcing the absolute AVOID at all cost on my person TikTok as well. Now miccostume… do better…

Paid for & got confirmation of items shipped and estimated shipping time. I then got a random email from a “Denise Yang” saying the item will be delayed. I said this is fine & asked for updated delivery date. Only to be told that my times were sold out because “I didn’t reply in time”. They ultimately refunded my order, this is the only good thing I can say about the company. Other than that, it’s a joke.

Eigentlich mag ich die Cosplays von Miccostumes, aber die App funktioniert bei mir nicht richtig. Denn immer wenn ich bezahlen will (PayPal) stürzt es ab und ich habe ein IPhone 11, also nichtmal ein altes Handy… Bitte fixxt das 🙈
You can barely do stuff
Wayyyy too many bugs, i can’t scroll anyway correctly… the sensibility is too high maybe idk but ill stick to the browser version.
No pay in 4
Both PayPal options open the same regular pay screen. Please allow pay in 4 for the love of God. It’s not like you guys are losing money since cosplay is off-the-rack now.
Amazing Cosplays but one problem
I have ordered from Miccostume plenty of times and they were always on time and the Cosplays were amazing. I used to order from my computer but it’s broken right now so I tried to order through the app instead. For some reason, the app doesn’t let me see my wish list unless I’m on a computer. I tried to see the site on mobile as well but still no wish list.
Apart from this little feature, the company is amazing and I swear by them for nice and cheap Cosplays.

It Breaks Frequently
I’ve bought a couple costumes from this store because they’re fairly priced for good costumes, so I’m giving two stars.
BUT—the app is absolutely awful. The website works fine but this app is not user friendly for the following reasons:
1) Searching via the app will often force the app to freeze and not respond.
2) Sometimes I’ll search something I KNOW exists (like BNHA, Demon Slayer, Naruto) and it’ll tell me nothing exists in those categories. I have to close the app and re-open it to try again which is so annoying.
3) The most baffling thing is when I’m TRYING to add something to my cart to buy it and the “add to cart” button just won’t work. I’ll adjust the sizing and refresh the page and it still won’t let me buy it. If this is because the item is out of stock, then fine. But there’s nothing to indicate that and is ultimately incredibly frustrating.
4) Sometimes if you search too many things in a row, the search engine breaks and won’t show you anything except your previous search results.
5) Scrolling is an ordeal. All the product images will go white and scrolling becomes impossible.
6) there is no “like” or “save to wishlist” button despite there being a wishlist under your profile. Mine is empty because I can’t find where or how to add things to it.
Bottom line is: buy from their website. This app just makes it too difficult to browse. I’ll edit this review and let you know if they fix any of the above issues.

poorly made app 👍
as a person who frequently has bought from miccocostumes over the years, the cosplays and other items are always high quality. the only issue is the application itself. the browser site is alright, albeit a little finicky but the app is straight up unusable. a while back it was perfectly fine but after a few updates it has gradually declined in quality. i highly recommend miccocostumes to any cosplayer but the app is basically unusable and this causes a lot of people— myself included to steer away from the company all together. it is glitchy, hard to navigate, extremely laggy, and the layout is poor. unless you're willing to spend 15 minutes trying to order something, i suggest just using the browser version of miccocostumes.
