As a bodybuilder I must say see the movie Game Changers and What The Health and you will understand why these articles by David Michigan are both incorrect and misleading based on information purposely injected by the meat industry into mainstream culture. The info is based on biased studies that are created by the meat industry and this is actually quite harmful info. No matter how you slice it meat and eggs and dairy feed pathogens in the body and force the body to produce adrenaline that will eventually cause disease. They raise CRP a bio-inflammatory marker that leads to heart disease. My bodybuilding friend died at age 50 from this. Dropped dead tho in “perfect shape.”
Coffee also leads to adrenal fatigue.
