Member card does not work, digital scanning broken
Error stating please try again and no barcode in the background to scan. Everything else seems to work and is fine. I deleted the app and reinstalled but no luck fixing the issue.

The login never seems to work. Need to reset my password almost every time I try to log in
Please fix the statements button
It does not work on my iPhone. Nothing happens when you hit view statement or print multiple statements. Fix it!
Login Issues
I keep running into issues logging into the app and getting a server error. I have verified my password is correct, even updating my login credentials, closing and reopening the app, and deleting it and reloading it all together. It’s frustrating. I also find that the overall look and feel of the app seems outdated and a little clunky. The navigation isn’t as intuitive or user-friendly as it could be.

Clunky
The previous app the MAC had was pretty bad. This one is worse. Bad design, clunky. Not intuitive. Some features aren’t functional.

Statements links do not work - please update
I can’t get a copy of my statement. The green button to view statement doesn’t work when I click it. Nothing happens. Please update. Also when searching for courts to reserve, it should show open courts (it shouldn’t make you check every single court to see if it’s open).
Can’t book reservations
App has been out for months and I am still unable to view all the time slots available when booking reservations. It’s like the aspect ratio of the app is off.
