Horrible
It’s a great Credit Union, no doubt about it. But this app literally always has issues. Any time to try to pay with a card it takes you through this page where you have to use a code sent to the email, then you have to always type all of your info in every single time. And on top of it all, it glitches out and says the code is wrong, or communication error, and it happens every time I use it. I even can copy and paste it all to make sure it’s right and it’ll still glitch out or not load right. The app just is a mess that needs help desperately.

Update- I’m so happy they added back in the feature to jump from one of your accounts to another. I would love if they added the feature back in that totals the balance of all your shares and loans.
The new app is really nice, but I miss being able to jump from one account to another like I could in the old app. I called to ask about it the day the new app was released, they said it was being looked into, but its still not out there. I really hope they bring this feature back.
