App has changed
I used this app for years and found easy to use and helpful. Suddenly it has changed I can no longer easily find homes in specific locations and prices on a map. There are all sorts of numbers that I really don’t know what they mean. I’m looking for a better app for local real estate.
Why did you mess it up?
Your latest ‘fix’ did something to the filter. Instead of just showing ‘actives’ as the default, you now show everything & it can’t be changed. Please undo your change & make it work again. Right now, it’s a jumbled waste of time.
Listing houses on this app when the houses are already sold.
I just want to know what kind of app is this cuz to me it's a joke. I find a house I like on this app and then when I have them send me a email they tell me someone had made a offer on the house and has been sold. They should take the listings of the houses off this app after they are sold because this is not good for business. I live in a apartment that I am trying to move out of and these people that make these apps don't seem to care about other people. Maybe they should keep there stuff up to date instead of doing things that are ridiculous like like not updating the app when a house is sold. By far the stupidest app I have ever used

Great App
Like that I can put in my search criteria, and search in different locations by moving the map. Like that I can search for open houses only if needed. Very helpful.

Love the app! On my iPhone 4S, the icons on the bottom are way too small.
Weak sauce
My version didn't come with the decoder ring that allows you to search. Try again. Not user friendly.
Street Name Searching, Speed
I just searched six Ann Arbor Street names successfully using the criteria search.
They include: Melrose, Vinewood and Hunting Valley. I selected City: Ann Arbor.
Note that this is a street name only search field.
A significant server update was made in late February. Performance is better and more consistent.

Searching by location is great & it's FAST!!!
Not too impressed
Needs to have better near me interface. Can't see how my account has notified me of new listings. Will try another time with newer versions.

Easy to use
This app is amazing. It uses your location and gives you a map of forsake areas close by. Awesome if you need a house in the same township for work and etc.
Couple bugs but...
Works great besides a few bugs. Lots better then previous versions. This is the only real estate app that I have found that tells you if a house is pending or active or even contingent.
