MichiReco

Keep the view and the journey together with MichiReco. Record video alongside your GPS route, then revisit the places you passed on a drive or walk. VIDEO AND ROUTE, IN SYNC Hold or mount your iPhone vertically: rear-camera footage appears above a map following your location. Choose audio on or off before recording. Open Recordings to play your video alongside its synchronized route. CAPTURE A MOMENT Tap the camera icon during playback or while paused to save a frame from the original video inside the app. Snapshots with a valid matching GPS location appear as thumbnails on your full-route map. A frame can still be saved when its location is unavailable; it will not be placed on the map. When thumbnails overlap, the newest saved snapshot takes priority. Hidden snapshots remain saved and may reappear when you zoom in. The eraser icon clears only the snapshots for the current recording after confirmation. Your video and GPS log stay intact. SAVE AND SHARE Export a portrait video with camera footage above the map, save it to Photos, or share it. Export the full route as a PNG image or PDF with snapshot thumbnails embedded. Map thumbnails are visual markers, not interactive links to video playback. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE No ads, account registration, or in-app purchases. Recordings, audio, GPS logs, and snapshots stay on your device; the app does not automatically upload them to a developer server. Maps use Apple’s map service and require an internet connection. Available in Japanese, English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish. Secure your iPhone in a mount when using it in a vehicle. Stop in a safe place before mounting it or starting or stopping a recording. Never hold or operate your phone while driving. Stay aware of your surroundings when walking. The app shows first-use guidance and a safety reminder at launch. Keep the app in the foreground while recording. Leaving the app or locking the screen stops recording. Map videos are 720×1280, with the map updated every second. GPS accuracy depends on your environment and permissions.
