I’m so glad Mici’s upgraded there ordering experiences. The new app and website are so much better and I’m thrilled that I can pick the reward I want to use now. Hooray!

Pizza is fantastic. App is meh.
I absolutely love a good Mici pie. But the app leaves room for improvement. It’s a little clunky and they try to funnel you into saving a credit card with them. Ehhhhh…. no.
Haven’t been able to use since last update!
I’ve used this app for years but their latest update broke it for me. I have not been able to “transfer” my account to the new app. Attempts to seek help through the sight “@thnks” get undeliverable mail response. When I try to recover my password I get “no account under that email”. I try to open a new account using me email and I get “there is already an account under this email”.
