No jumping spiders?

So I want jumping spiders as rare bugs to catch like bold jumpers and peacock spiders

Another build base, get ganged game

Initial gameplay seemed interesting, then became hauntingly familiar. Seemed yet another “build base, get gang-banged by wallet warriors” game. Sure enough, did a bit of Reddit research, and there it was! Quit game and uninstalled. I play games to enjoy and relax, not have my fun ruined by some wallet warriors!

Response from developer

We’re sorry the game didn’t bring you the relaxed fun you were looking for. We understand your frustration about unbalanced gameplay. Your feedback is noted and will be shared with the team for future improvements.

Was fun

The game was fun to start, several things took place to me uninstalling the app. One building power to be taken away at the end of the season is a shameless money grab. Two the packs you buy for growth are over priced for the value given to your account. Three spider invasion is just that it is intrusive and has stopped me from shielding my account in time before being attacked, there is no point to it.

The game is good but still flawed there are others with the same principles with better packs for growth and non intuitive additions to allow game play when you login not deal with spiders. There is definitely better available!

Best of luck to the developers and the community that plays.

Reply to the developers:
Thanks for responding, but I won’t be redownloading your game. It’s not that the game hasn’t “clicked” for me, it’s that this is the exact same game as dozens others out there that I’ve already played, this one just has a slightly different look, whether it’s a prison, a blizzard, zombies, hunting, they’re all the same game just in different fonts and they all use the same false advertising to draw people in. Either make the game like the ad, or be more honest in your advertising.

If you designed a game that was actually like the ad you’d have a genuine and solid fan base and people would be more willing to spend money in game. This is just lazy and unoriginal.

It’s fun but grindy

It’s fun to play but you have to grind a lot to get good

WHERE’S MY DATA AND THINGS I PAID FOR?!?!

I’ve been playing this game for a couple months now. I actually like it. Problem is, I went to get on today and the app has reset and started me back at the beginning and taken the things I paid real money for. I want my Mantis back. If not, give me my money back cause I’m not playing without my mantis. She’s the reason I got into this game.

Yay!

Good game

Copy?

This game looks to be a copy of Grounded. Grounded can be bought on steam and is a great game in my opinion.

Response from developer

We appreciate you sharing your view. Our game has its own core focus and unique gameplay loops that set it apart. We respect your perspective, and we’re glad you took the time to share this comparison. Thanks for your feedback!

Nope

Boring and repetitive sadly

Attack, suppress and repeat.

👍 The Good
Bright and Refreshing Atmosphere: It’s not another zombie apocalypse clone. The visuals are vibrant, and the tone isn’t all doom and gloom, which is a nice change.
Affordable Entry Point: The initial price point is low, and honestly, spending the $5 early on is worth it (it’ll make sense as you read on).

👎 The Not-So-Good
Unfortunately, the negatives are significant, and not unique to this game, but still shocking to see unfold so quickly.

Over-the-Top Competitiveness: The game fosters extreme competitiveness that often leads to bullying. Alliances target other alliances, and even individual players get harassed. If there’s a way to attack someone, players will find it.
The “Overlord” System: This mechanic allows one alliance to dominate the entire state. My server is still new, but just six days in, I’m already seeing alliances tearing each other, and players, apart for that spot. Once your shield drops, you either need to be in a strong alliance or be ready to defend yourself. It’s toxic.
Pay-to-Win Culture: Strategy takes a backseat to spending. Seeing players hit 8 million power in a week isn’t about skill, it’s about money.

These games inherently create toxic systems, and I didn’t expect it to escalate so fast. I’m currently ranked in the top 100 in my state across several metrics, so this isn’t coming from a place of jealousy. But watching grown adults bully others over a mobile game is wild.

I’ll keep playing for now, but this won’t make my top favorites. Not everything needs a ranking system and if we’re going to rank everything, where’s the metric for good behavior? Because right now, the rule seems to be: attack, suppress, repeat. And I’m not sure how you retain active players with that kind of environment

Impossible de terminer le tutoriel

Not as advertised

Saw this game on Facebook. The video made it seem like a third person adventure where you play as a miniature character in an oversized world. That would have been a new and fun concept. Sadly it’s just another base-building game. Spent the last hour upgrading structures hoping for some glimpse of the adventure game hinted at in the video. Sadly no sign of it.

Response from developer

We’re sorry the game didn’t match the third-person adventure vibe from the Facebook video—we know that’s disappointing after you spent time hoping for that experience. The "oversized world + miniature character" concept you liked is key to our design! Right now, base-building helps you lay a foundation, but keep playing—once you unlock the Alliance system later, you’ll get to team up with allies for adventure quests and join exclusive events. Thanks for sticking with us, and we hope you’ll give the later content a try!

Game seems very scammish

Didn’t like the game too pay to win focused and nothing new very copy paste like nothing really new but the theme these type games are a dime a dozen sad

Response from developer

We’re sorry the game didn’t leave a good impression, and that it made you feel unimpressed with its design direction and lack of freshness. Our game does have unique touches tied to its theme—these parts might not stand out at first. If you’re open to it, spending a little more time exploring could help you find elements that feel different. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Overcharged for an in-game item.

I made an in-game purchase and was charged $13.90 for a $0.99 in-game purchase (the Orchid Mantis bug). I contacted customer service through the game and submitted a ticket.

I really like this game as it's original and way different than others like this but until I receive a $12.91 refund, this review will remain unchanged. I like this game I'm just disappointed that I was overcharged for something that's $1-2, including tax.

Response from developer

Thanks so much for loving the game and sharing your feedback—we’re thrilled you think it’s original and stands out from others! Regarding the in-game purchase amount you mentioned, we’ve verified via the ticket that the confusion arose from iOS system’s merged order display. The actual charge matches the product’s listed price of $0.99. We’re glad the issue has been properly resolved, and we’ll keep optimizing the transparency of the payment process to bring you a smoother experience. We look forward to you continuing to enjoy the game’s unique fun, and feel free to contact us anytime if you have other questions!

zero challenge

When I saw the ad, I was excited. When I opened the app, it was a total disapointment. After one minute only of game, your basic needs (security and food) are already fulfilled without any effort. Isn’t this game supposed to be about survival ? The game doesn’t wake any survival instincts in me. It only says « click here, click there ». Ressources appear without any research. What is the interest in this ?
