Does not always load or work

I saw this app at a conference and thought it would be fun for the kids I work with and my own grandkids. I can’t. Most of the time the app doesn’t load correctly. I have an iPhone 7 and a brand new iPad. I’ve tried deleting and reinstall but still doesn’t work most of the time. Without the app the book really isn’t worth keeping. It isn’t written with younger school ages in mind. To bad. Looked fun. It’s not.
