Look elsewhere.
Terrible app. Great idea and Huge potential to help. But app is awful. No support. App is cumbersome and difficult to manage. I’m throwing away my second one and officially looking for new options.
This company is defunct
I’m not sure how they can ethically accept people’s money for hardware when the app you need to run it is completely broken. They haven’t updated it in A WHOLE YEAR. Their support is completely non-responsive.
Worst App Ever
This is seriously one of the most poorly made apps I have ever used. Things don’t work, interface elements are not always on screen, it never gets updated, there is no official tech support for the company, the support forum gives a warning on my phone asking me if I want to go to an unsafe site - should I keep going?

App just shows a white screen.
When I open the app all I see is a white screen! Please fix it! I can’t contact you guys since your website doesn’t really work (contact page doesn’t take you anywhere).
Direct & Remote keeps switching
There should be a setting to force “ Soft Hub” which in my case a tablet in “Direct Mode” and the other one which in my case the phone in “Remote” mode. Otherwise direct and remote modes keep switching between my tablet and phone depending which one gets the Bluetooth connection with the MicroBots first.

App is a disaster ! Old app was amazing now it’s broken
New app is a disaster , and the stopped the old app from working , so stupid , they have a ton of wrong emails on the website , going down hill . It’s a hassle now waiting for the app to open , takes forever .

Good start
I finally set up my MicroBot today. Downloaded app, set up and update firmware. Everything went fine. The displays are decent, but there is a lot of room for UI improvement. Especially on the time plots of the data. Compared to other stationary home air quality monitoring devices, the app is decent.
I fully appreciate that this is a new device and the software is in the beta stage.

Great app and product!
Tested on iPhone X running 12.1.2 using the MicroBot Alert.
No issues found.
App is fast with no connectivity issues. Account creation was easy and straightforward. Very easy to set up multiple MicroBot Alert units.

Hot garbage
This app and the corresponding hardware are complete garbage. I'm seriously sad I wasted the money. I cannot even validate my email address to sign up. As a mobile developer myself, I know how easy it is to test and fix these bugs. This is unacceptable.
App Crashes Repeatly
Was able to configure the first time after downloading the app. Any attempt to use the app after that, including deleting it and downloading again, results in a crash. Totally useless.
So now
I have these Microbot Alert devices that are useless because I literally can’t open the app because it crashes. Every. Single. Time.

Every time I open the app after pairing the MicroBot, it crashes. Hope there is an update to fix this. So far no information from the MicroBot
