Really bad app

So so bad

Thanks microlise for putting everyone jobs at risk this new update is terrible it doesn’t upload anything we completed making our business run poorly it’s not acceptable please sort this

Battery life trashed

Background activity absolutely shreds your battery life. Quite what it’s doing I’m not sure but it needs fixing.

Really bad. Work is getting rid of me now

I work for a contractor that works for a large supermarket chain. They require we use this app on our personal phones.

I receive jobs etc just fine, but the supermarket can’t pull any data at all or track me. At the end of the shift it uploads maybe 20 messages before crashing. Therefore I’m getting kicked off the contract.

Thanks microlise for putting my employment at risk because of your terrible app. It’s so buggy it’s not even funny. I keep getting told to fix it by my boss, the supermarket and others and I can’t do anything because I’m not the developer. I’ve tried everything to get it to work.

Doesn’t log in.

It’s connected to my company, I put in my driver pin and doesn’t log in. Thought it was an issue with the company but they can’t seem to figure it out and other drivers don’t have this problem. Fortunately I don’t need to use it often as most of our vehicles are fitted with handhelds.

Everytime I open the app after been updated it crashes and I can’t get onto my daily tasks

It works relatively well. Every month or so it needs deleting and reinstalling.

Now, it keeps saying “update available”, but there is nowhere to update it !? 🤷🏻‍♂️

More work need to be done

Each and everyday I need to delete the app and reinstall it to get it running again which is very unreasonable. Developers need to check what is causing that issues for better use of the App.

Better but without its faults

Much better than the tablets provided by my company. However it takes an age to log out at the end of a shift with hundreds of ‘messages’ needed to be sent when logging out. These send at 10-20 at a time on average and I’m having to close the app, log back in, log out, send 10-20 messages and repeat so the data is sent off.

Bug in data upload

The app can not upload data over 4G, 5G after I finished my journey and logout, however it works on WiFi. Definitely it is a bug.

iPad useage

I would like to use on my iPad rather than iPhone. It downloads to iPad but won’t display any information

when I put my driver ID , app send a message on the screen >>> the system update required and show button for the update , I press the button, but nothing happen !!! app doesn’t work correctly 🤷🏼
