Played this game for years. Hate the ads, but kept putting up with them. This week, Microsoft has now gone to 60 second unskippable ads for ‘snake oil’ weight loss gimmicks. Pathetic.
8/29/26 update: Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse… a full three minute unskippable ad with Dr. Oz and Reba hawking baking soda and lemon weight-loss scam.

Stupid designers get greedy
For some reason the designers have DOUBLED all the commercials in this game. Wasn’t bad enough that they interrupted the game play so they decided DOUBLE the commercials is better.
Ad length increased up to 120 seconds!
I love the game, but the newest update has lengthened the ads to over 2 minutes in some cases! That’s ridiculous and typical of MS trying to monetize everything they can get their greedy paws on. I make it a point to never support a company or product that advertises in this app.

These 60 seconds to 3 minutes long commercials are ruining this game. I’m about ready to stop playing.
This game has changed
I have not played this game in a while but since I have started playing it again, literally none of the Klondike games are solvable. Not even the easy level. I have never lost twelve games in a row playing the hard level.
Literally every game I have to start playing the unused cards and normally the game is over before it starts. When I played the game before, I never lost a single game. This game has been updated with AI or something. The different levels are not solvable anymore. This game is rigged so that hardly any games are solvable. Well the Klondike game. I tried the Spider game and couldn’t even win level one.

Please put it back the way it was. Even classic has the cards way too close together and hard to see. Nothing needed to change.
Bug fix needed
Loved it until this bug popped up. It requires me to download a “new card back” before moving on to the next game.
Ruining the platform with ads
Having ads on the platform when you have a premium account is diabolically greedy and makes the experience feel worse.

I have been a subscriber for years and now I’m seeing ads and being asked if I want to subscribe. I typically have to close out and restart the app, multiple times and lately it’ll take 5 or 6 times of doing this before the ads stop.

Too many ads that last too long
There are too many ads interrupting play and some of them last well over a minute.
Need to fix so Ads to play prior to my premium account being recognized
Microsoft needs to fix the app so that those who have premium membership like I do, which is supposedly Ad free, don’t keep seeing ads when you initially load the app. This is super frustrating and needs to be elevated to app engineer to fix it. Otherwise, a refund may be in order.

And often it between every other game you stick these stupid ads!!! You so OVERDO it! I AM SICK OF IT! In the survey i said no I did not want the cost of anything being yet another ad. You don’t care!! You put an ad as cost to get something & then you double the whammy by placing another ad after the hand or turn or round. PLEASE CUT BACK! At least take that extra 5 seconds off almost ALL of the 30 second ads!!!!!!
