Keeps playing ads
I have the premium version and an active subscription but it will play ads or require me to activate my subscription every time I want to play.
The ads run SO long!
Fun games, but the ads between games run for over a minute each. Very unsatisfying.

I’ve been playing this collection for years and love it. But please stop inserting those stupid 60 second weight loss ads with people touting baking soda and gelatin. It’s complete BS and everyone knows it. It’s irresponsible.
Love this game
I have been playing this for years and I never get tired of it. At night when everything is quiet, I play the 5 daily games and am so happy when I get the whole month filled in, especially when it seems like there is no way to do it!
Great games
Really well set up but I paid for premium and then got locked out. I called them and they said my account had never existed. I’ll only use the free version from now on.
Best you'll ever need!
It has ads but you get to ACTUALLY enjoy the games. I'll play on this app and tell my friends to download it till the end of time as long as they keep it free!
Subscription Issue
Annual Subscription paid 12/2025, yet I was asked to renew twice on 2/6/26 and 2/10/26. 2/28/26 and I am still getting renewal notices. Still asked to renew, but does not expire until 12/2026. Why want you resolve this subscription problem???
Every level is unsolvable
I used to play this game all the time and never had trouble solving the levels. This time I can’t solve the EASY game. And the rewards after the few wins I get seem to be cheats. The hint option doesn’t seem to help. Keeps giving me hints that are no good or the same hint that didn’t help the first time. I think this game was recreated with AI or something.

Unethical Microsoft Marketing
This could be the best collection ever if not for Microsoft’s shady way of doing things or if progress / awards had some relevance or achievements / goals.
I paid for a year ad free subscription, but regardless, they still give me LONG ads every now & then and try to tell me my sub has expired even though I still have months left. So they lie. Shock.
But hey, anything I can do to help Microsoft, poor saps. All I wish for is for them to have more money so they will stop rooting in dumpsters for scraps of food or resorting to despicable business practices. Sending you all some money in a box to tide you over till the next scam.

GET RID OF 60 SECOND ADS
I’ve been playing for years! 8 years! I’m considering uninstalling because WHY ARE THERE ADS FOR 60 SECONDS THAT YOU CANT SKIP AFTER 5???
Fun but the Premium subscription is FLAKY
Premium was well worth the $2/mo to banish ads until iOS 26. It’s been nearly 2 years now of the app always assuming you do NOT have premium on launch, then trying to verify premium thru the AppStore, and then failing for some reason for several weeks until M$ releases an app update. Other times uou get a banner asking you to subscribe to premium and you have to complete the subscription process to get the app to believe you have premium. I wouldn’t hate this so much if it wasn’t for the completely random ad times: some are 15 seconds, others are a pair of 30-second interaction-required screens followed by a 10-second banner before the x appears. The 70-second ad lasts longer than some of the games. MICROSOFT: if I had premium the last time I launched the game, just leave the TRUE flag set so the game can assume I still have premium. It can verify later in the background, however there needs to be some real way to troubleshoot/report appstore subscriptions sync issues. DO BETTER.

Constant resetting of themes
The app will randomly reset the themes and card backs to the default setting and require the user to download the themes which takes an unnecessary amount of time. In addition, the cards are not issued randomly, there are clearly algorithms that remove an element of chance from the game. MS has no excuse, they are the largest and one of the elder software companies - with massive resources.

App keeps asking if I want premium even though I have paid for premium
Love the app and enjoy the games but the app keeps asking me if I want premium which has already been paid for. Also, as a premium member why do I often have to wait through an add before I can play.

Great games but too many ads. Temu ads lock up the game and often have to force quit game and start over. Temu ads will often infect system as well. May have to delete game due to the invasive ad
