Constantly asks me to restore purchases
I pay for the premium version of this game, but I do not like to have auto renewal turned on. Because of that, the game keeps asking me to subscribe to premium despite me having a current active paid premium subscription. Today for example, I have had to reauthorize purchases 3 times to get ads removed. I expect better from Microsoft.

Sound problems
Even if you go to settings and turn the sound off, have your phone on silent, and volume turned low, the sound will randomly come on and all of the ads play at full volume. On top of it, half of the ads are medical misinformation made with AI.
Tired of the ads
The frequency of ads is ridiculous and extremely annoying

Some ads are now running 1-2 minutes. Time to quit playing.

Why is subscription broken??
I LOVE this app. I love playing these games. I play multiple times a day. I recently re-subscribed, and now it makes me Restore Purchases at least once a day to remove ads. I deleted and redownloaded the app — didn’t help. Please fix this! It’s driving me crazy.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak to a human. I paid for a subscription to remove ads. No problem with them taking my money, they manage to do that. But they still show ads. Please refund me. Terrible app.

Add an option to pay once and remove ads…. Why a subscription for literally everything? Probably better to install the webapp

All of sudden, I am being asked if I want Premium (which I already subscribe to and have had for years), and then…advertisements start popping up. Irritating to no end. I pay to avoid ads.

I really like the games and the daily challenges. I really really dislike the ads, especially the fake weight loss ads that are ridiculous.

I’ve been a subscriber for years and live the variety. With the addition of the other “casual games” and especially the daily challenges in Jewels, can you PLEASE add the ability to play previous challenges I missed in other months, like what’s available in Solitaire? There’s one expert challenge I didn’t get completed!

I used to love this game, especially as it was linked to Microsoft, played it every day, then I had to take a break from games due to illness and when I came back it is now full of ads….why?
I can no longer find good Solitaire games with decent levels without having ads in my face before during and after a game.
