The app doesn’t work. Website complaint submission process doesn’t work. Whatsapp complaint process doesn’t work. Finally managed to get a hold of a phone support rep after following the IVR, verbally she told me after getting all the details that i will get an sms with my complaint number but that sms was never received. So in short they are not spending anything on their customer support side. Such companies should not survive in market. That’s why i said **ck them by not buying any of their products.
