I’m no longer investing there.
Their business model is that they profit from every investment through their fees. Therefore they are not incentivized to negotiate the best price of a pre-IPO for their customers. I invested in a few that all lost value of over 80% because they were too over priced. Until they link their profits to ours, one can’t know if they are getting a good deal. Customer care is awesome though.

Cant view portfolio in app, so pointless.
Potentially a scam
Invested in a startup on the platform. Startup gets acquired, did not hear anything from microventures or see any funds from acquisiton.
They’ll never stop spam calling you and emailing
Downloaded beware, good luck trying to get their sales people to stop calling you and pitching bespoke garbage deals they pass on themselves but want to wrap up in a synthetic and push for commissions
App crashes when trying to ‘get help’
Every time get help menu option is chosen it crashes. Wondering why it has not been fixed so long.
