No Response on the Chat, no tracking code, no delivery!
I backed this company on kickstarter but they don’t answer question on Web Chat. They were supposed to be shipping first week of Dec. I was of course excited. Finally! However I have heard nothing until now and they won’t answer or provide any info. Too non transparent. I have learnt a lesson. Update 12/25. No I have received no wrist bands, no Tracking info, no update since Nov about shipping will be first week in Dec. I know you may be passionate. I’m also passionate. But without proper communication, you and you… I don’t know anything but I’m the one out of pocket. You have taken me for granted. Period.

Hi major apologies for the issues! Our website chat wasn't delivering message to our email (always best and we respond within 2 hours info@mictic.com). Did you receive your sent? if not please email us your name/email and we'll review asap. We're a bunch of music and tech geeks and ecstatic that the product finally reached your hand!
