Needs major work
I like the new design of the app but it does not do a great job of showing available balance. Really more recently I’ve noticed transactions that already happened pending again, and just generally Math that doesn’t add up. Just seems a little deceptive

Oops, Something Went Wrong!
When I try to log in, it, first of all, doesn’t accept my username. And then even worse, when I try to alternate method of logging in, using my ssn and account number, it just goes “oops, something went wrong” and still doesn’t let me log in. Pathetic app.
Not user friendly
Having multiple accounts means you have to log out of one user profile and into another to deposit or move money in separate accounts. Also having daily deposit/number of limits on echecks is wild…

I like that you can input message in notes. Makes it easier to track your deposits and withdraws.

Good app!
Very sleek and functional. Although, the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is: it needs the ability to use the mobile deposit check image as an attachment to transaction records. Currently, you’d have to manually attach the image (if you want a record of what you’ve deposited).

Have to click in and open each transaction to see what it is because the app doesn’t show the name of the transactions. Annoying extra steps

New account software
The new software the bank installed works great.
The New App Doesn’t Work
I can’t make transfers. My paychecks are stuck in pending. I can’t refresh my transaction history with it crashing. This was done suddenly and blocks my access to the old app that worked just fine. What’s going?
New app!
This new app is great. They finally moved over to the 21st century. The new features and up to day technology is so nice. The old app was for dinosaurs.
