Even after the new update it’s still not working on my phone. All other apps are working just fine

Great app!

I love that Mid-Southern finally has an app. It makes it so much faster to check my accounts! The past few weeks though, I have not been able to use the app. It just says there is a problem and if it does work, it takes a very long time to load.
