Incorrect on bins to put out

Several times this app couldn’t provide correct items to put out and messages to fix their sequence was ignored

Informative

App tells you the schedule of pickup each week. Tells you what goes into each bin. Like better notification of changes during the holiday. Would like information on alternate recycling choices to throw away less. But also a good interface and easy navigation

Saves Time

No more searching for the picture of the calendar in the thousands of photos in my phone. No more checking the street see if it’s recycling day! As soon as I open the app I know what cans I’m putting out.

Reminder

Love it.. I would get confused when it was both garbage n recycling!! Now this helps me to make sure I have what I need out!

Be accurate all year long!

Need to include moor accurate pickup dates including holiday pickups a day later and not the same day.
Please fix this!

Not Comprehensive

This app does not provide information on getting rid of many items. For example, it doesn’t identify the transfer station as a place to get rid of fluorescent tubes. It doesn’t indicate that styrofoam can be taken to Fresh Start Market on Center St. Absent information such as this, there’s no telling how much stuff can be recycled rather than dumped in the trash if one can find the proper place to take it.
