Is Midco ever going to fix this app?

This app is bad, I can connect to various streaming apps no problem, but this one is hit or miss. I have an Apple iPad and iPhone that use single sign on. Only a few of the stations that I watch have apps that recognize Midco as my provider, the rest I would have to pay to use them

App doesn’t work

This app hasn’t worked for months. Very frustrating when you pay for premium television and the tv doesn’t work 50% of the time and the app doesn’t work ever… what exactly am I paying for?

Doesn’t work

It works wxectly like Frontier’s TV app. Live TV doesn’t work for any station. It also won’t play any previous episodes for any station. I’m switching to YouTube TV. Not only will I be able actually watch TV, I’ll save about $3000 a year.

Works poorly

Program works less than half the time to livestream tv. Call for help and get no answers to issues.

Misleading

I got this app thinking I would be able to watch live TV and my recordings when I’m away from home. Apparently you cannot. You have to be on your home WiFi network in order to watch anything. I thought the whole point of this app was to be able to watch when you’re not home. What’s the point of this app then? When I’m home, I’m going to watch on the TV. This app is completely useless unless you’re at home which is ridiculous.

Terrible app

Won’t work on my iPhone. Tried EVERYTHING. The app opens but when I click on a show to watch, it goes to it and then won’t load it then gives me an out of region error message. I see why it’s 1.9 rating.

Total Garbage!!!

I can’t even give this a 1 STAR!! You pay hard earned money for a company ‘s access to there services, abd there APP works like trash. Can’t get it to load, spend hours doing all the normal things to see if it’s a computer, APP or internet issues, that’s a waste of my valuable time. Call them and it’s the same thing. Waste of numerous hours once again.

Seems like all these BIG companies only understand when everyone cancels there subscriptions. APP IS JUNK!! DELETE IT FROM THE APP STORE.
