Purchased season pass to listen to match but app doesn’t support airplay or any external devices so can only listen on phone. Waste of money and very frustrating

Use the website, the amount times this app has taken money for tickets that haven’t been confirmed by club is ridiculous. Use the website unless you want to keep chasing the club for your money back.

Can be slow updating match play. Unable to access live games on tv or radio subscriptions through app.

The screens are absolutely gorgeous and I love the option to predict the score and lineup. As a proud teesider I will always rely on this app to keep up to date with the boro scores #UTFB

Poorly Developed
The app is overly complex for the user and often doesn't work, you can purchase tickets but problems with the app mean you can download or issue/forward tickets. It also charges you the booking fee that's suppose to be waivered for members (when you are buying for members and non members in the same purchase) which is against its own policy and terms. Really shocking but reflective of the club unfortunatley.
