This is the most lame worthless waste of a website of all the medical apps I have. Get with it Middletown. Medical. This is the 21st Century

If I could give zero I would. Can’t login. Can’t find forgot pw link. Now can’t even get to first screen. Impossible to navigate

I’ve been calling Middletown Medical for about a week about a insurance issue and I have not gotten any phone calls back from the doctors office or or generally Middletown Medical I’ve called multiple times
I love the doctors at Middletown Medical the receptionist are terrible they don’t help you at all. They don’t even answer the phone or return your phone call what is going on?

I went on the app, and searched for Dr. Ferguson. There is not a physician listed.
Worst app not developed by a child
Not one function works in this app. I can’t believe this was ever approved by the App Store. What a waste of time.

Id never go anywhere else unless they did not have a dr I needed for my care! I get return calls where I have not in other facilities, as well as continued follow ups. A couple of years ago when I had blood work done I received a text message a couple days later for a telemedicine for Dr Gulati . I called because I had not set one up. They told me they knew but Dr Gulati had set it up. I waited. He called, said that one of the blood test that was done from me came in high for pancreatic cancer, (which is something my mom passed away of) So he made arrangements for me with Crystal run (another facility) and Dr. Mohammed (not one of his drs) at Garnet hospital on Thursday which was a couple days later for an endoscopy procedure! All on the precaution side to make sure that there was nothing there! I had asked him why I was going to have it done with the doctor out of Middletown medical, and he simply replied because his doctor was out of the country! so he made arrangements with a different doctor for me. He wasn’t going to wait! That’s just the kind of doctor that Dr Gulati is! He is proactive! In the end thank god for now I am fine, but I will never forget what he did for me and how he continues with regular blood work, follow up doctors, other hospitals, like Columbia to make sure I am taking care of! if he can’t or his facility cant! I have never found anyone besides Dr. Rometta as well as my neurologist Brandi Aquino, who is a PA for the headache specialist Dr. Napchan . They are all wonderful as well as the team of people who work the reception, the phones, they return your phone calls, your emails! I just would never have a reason to go anywhere else! I never take time for reviews unless I feel it’s necessary for a positive or negative and overall this place is truly a positive! overall!

Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. Trying to book an appointment is very difficult because you’re not sent any confirmation.
Frustration with app
Oh how frustrating it is when you try to find something on an app that does not have help functions.
Don’t bother
Conveniently for the developers, the “submit feedback” option in the app doesn’t work.
-Physician availability doesn’t work, so you’re unable to see when appointments are available.
-When you try to make an appointment, you have to submit three options, which can literally be any time, day or night, and are not restricted by actual the physician’s actual availability.
-Even after completing an appointment request, you cannot submit the form; it just says you have to complete all required fields, even if you have done so. Either it’s a straight-up developer error or you are supposed to magically intuit the physician’s availability, as neither the “availability” section nor the appointment request form provide that info.
Bottom line: This app is a waste of time, but pretty much mirrors Middletown Medical’s equally abysmal website and patient portal.

I am trying to make a simple Primary care physician appt. On your phone app. And every time I hit “send”, I keep getting a message saying that I have to fill in all areas. I checked over and over to see, n I filled in all required answers. Very frustrating trying to navigate and use your website.

Soooooooooooo this app is about as helpful as the chat on the website and more useless as the answering service doesn’t work been resetting it just so it won’t let me set it up
