I get up early, 4:30am, and the THR is available every morning for me to read. Great app.

Important for long news. The online version is much cheaper than the old paper version.

Better than the tabulated version when it is working. Right now getting “Token Authentication Error” which I reported for past 2 days. Very difficult to reach digital customer service. Yes, deleted & redownloaded app. IT does not pay close attention.
Digital Rocks!
I was slow in coming over to the digital format having read printed newspapers all my life. I enjoy the convenience of reading 3 newspapers online that are part of the USA Today family, especially when I’m away from home. When I learned how to navigate the program it became part of my daily routine.

What happened?
Used the app with no issues for several years- then boom- can’t log in. No response from customer service! Poorly run. Very disappointed!
Easy to Navigate, Functional
It does exactly what it says: It displays additions of Times Herald Record in editions to extra editions and other supplementary materials. Doesn’t look so great but it works. I am satisfied.

Good App Content is Lacking
THR app is good, too bad the liberal left has taken over much of media. Opinions and Editorial pieces are 90% talking points parroted by CNN, NYT, etc. Thanks God I don't have to pay for this trash anymore.
