MIDFLORIDA Credit Union
This is by far “the worst bank/credit union I’ve ever had the painful displeasure of doing business with. I give it a below 1 star, if possible. TERRIBLE!!!!!😩😩😩
Literally does not work.
I use my id and password on the web site, no problem.
When I try to log in using the app, “incorrect login I.D.”
How can an app be this bad and still be available for download?

App Needs a Brain
Login online works great, yet the app incorrectly claims I don’t know my user ID. Dumb de dumb dumb …
Great business app
Works good so far. Many business friendly features.
Transfer money
I have try to transfer money this morning from checking account to another account with Midflorida. ItGlitch but does not do the transfer. I call support but waiting on this to phone me back.
I gave it a two just because it did download,
But I’m not a stupid person. still, I could not deposit through the app a check from Charles Schwab. every time I cleared it out, started all over, it still showed the original bad image capture and was not able to ever deposit this check! Now I have to mail it from Texas to Florida to deposit a $25 check because the mobile app does not function properly

Can’t log in
Older app is outdated and terribly clunky but at least I can log into it, this one I can’t even log into. 🤷♂️
Buggy
This app can be so much better but it’s full of so many bugs. I can’t deposit a check first time because the app either force closes or forces me out. Even when I am able to get the check deposited, it doesn’t show me that the check was accepted into the account until it clears. Also, the images are probably really bad since there’s no way to turn the phones flash on to take the pic.

So thankful for the customer service at Community Bank of Florida - loving their new internet upgrade. It’s easy to navigate - if I had any questions I had immediate assistance. Really Love This Bank, But the App is Embarrassing.
Once I answer my security question to log in, the app prompts me to agree to a disclaimer. However, it never loads and I cannot finish logging in. This app is rarely updated and definitely needs some attention. Many people nowadays, including myself, bank on their phones so this app is pretty important. If you need an example, Capital One has an amazing app that always works and is very easy to use. Please, fix this mess.

Nearly useless
All the app is really good for is checking your balance, and sometimes it fails even doing that effectively, other than that it's pretty much useless.
Wont load disclaimer
The app looks good but it wont load the disclaimer and it wont let me accept it so i cant use the app
