Tidak ada menu chat/call toko, tidak ada menu cancel order, chat wa cs tidak dijawab meskipun masih jam operasional (jam 08:00 - 21:00). Cancel order harus via cs yang hanya bisa di jam operasional (chat wa tidak dibalas di jam operasional). Jelek sekali dibandingkan app serupa (Alfagift, Klik Indomaret, My Superindo).

Slow confirm, slow respond slow delivery services not recommended as a partner for you who need a direct instant delivery service. It’s way too left behind from astro for sure. Astro more gercep and reliable. What a poor Service.
