Edit: The update resolved all issues for me, thanks! Great plugin for adding that 80s & synthwave feel. The tape saturator flanger (Memory) and the reverb (Space) are excellent. Useful also the pitch/slowdown control (Time).

Hi there, thank you for your review! The most recent update solves the settings recall now. Regarding the latency, that’s just the app’s buffer; temporarily recording input in order to play it back slower (if using the Time dial). The in-app guide outlines the best ways to get around this. Instant Aesthetic

Awesome Free Plugin. Can be used subtly for some extra flavor or cranked to 10 for audio mangling. Great for instant Vaporwave aesthetic. Check out the developers other plugins as well. The Dark Park synth is good fun for the price of admission.

I like it! There’s just a small problem

Sometimes, it’ll have this thing where it ends up skipping from one part of the track to another part ahead when I’ve slowed it down with this plugin (I use GarageBand iOS for a lot of the process of making my music), even when I’ve added some additional time to the project file. I also tried applying this effect via Wavebox, and the same problem occurs even after I give it more silence to allow as much time as possible to accommodate the change in length of the tracks. That said, for a free effect, I do like how this works, but it would be nice if this could be fixed if possible

Hi there, I think I know exactly what you mean. With any app that slows audio in this way, audio is coming into the app faster than it’s leaving, so the app’s internal buffer fills up and needs to empty. The best way to avoid this is to apply the effect, and then bounce/export the whole track or piece, and the effect should apply nicely without the skipping you’re experiencing.
