Cancelled My Subscription
Seriously if you guys want to make money, fix the damn app. I'm a subscriber, or I was....among other issues, the app would not play any movies - it kept sending me to the subscription page...and I have a subscription. Tried everything including hitting the "restore purchases" button on the sub page. Oh that doesn't work...ON ANY DEVICE - not my iPhone or any of my iPADS. My only recourse is to cancel my subscription. Because why am I paying if I can't watch anything??????

Love the collection
I love the collection here on Midnight Pulp it has other collections such as, summer at the drive-in, and blood Bath and beyond collection, and other movies to and other genres such as action thriller horror, and strange and sexy, i’ve used Midnight Pulp premium before but I get a break from the ads, I would love to see midnight Paul grow and I would love to see more collections here on Midnight Pulp, I love the Nekromantik trilogy, maybe add a collection called the erotic collection, I also love Japanese Cinema, there’s a movie that I enjoyed watching and it is called Audition, it came out in 1999 and I also found it here on the app but I have no problems and no issues whatsoever, I get to airplay in cast to my Roku premiere in my living room or my Roku express in my basement, I love watching midnight pulp on my Roku in my living room but I love the app I watch midnight Paul whenever I am on the go or vine at the salon! I am a huge horror movie fan and I also love the grind House movies from the 1970s and 60s, I also enjoy the exploitation collection here on Midnight Pulp, so keep growing and keep updating and maybe add some new features to, and one more thing, I would love to see a extreme underground collection here on Midnight Pulp, and I would maybe love to see the German splatter films collection here on Midnight Pulp, so the response to the developer I love midnight pulp, I can’t get enough of Midnight Pulp, so keep growing and keep updating the app and keep adding more movies to Midnight Pulp,

Midnight Pulp has a great selection of movies.
Was great, now doesn’t work
Starting a few days ago, the app closes every time you scroll in any direction.
Love the movies but app is horrendous
Watching this on my TV with Apple TV. Tons of issues. Functional issues,occasional movies in wrong genres, difficulty reading some movie titles, and the search feature is just bad.
The search feature is probably the most frustrating thing. First, it won’t let me do voice to text or even type a title. I have scroll with the remote to each letter and click it. After each click it has ta 3-5 second pause while it slowly refreshes the list. Have a typo or backspace to delete a word? One backspace, wait 3-5 seconds to refresh, hit backspace again, wait 3-5 seconds. It’s almost like the database isn’t indexed or something.
In the search or genre sections, the movies don’t have a text typed title showing, you have to read the thumbnail image. Especially with older movies, these are poor quality scans of a movie poster and it’s too small or blurry. You have to click it to go into the movie start screen to see what the title is and even then you can’t always read the funky old school font or, because a trailer is playing behind it, the background and logo might blend or bleed.
That’s all I’m willing to type out but there’s several more problems

Great content when it works
Only had the app a couple of weeks but we love the content. The problem is the app is super buggy. Very often a movie will cut off randomly and start playing the movie “Static”. Always that movie. Always. Whenever you try to get back into the movie you were already watching, you have to watch the trailers again. I’ve heard CCR playing over dinosaur fights and Marlon Wayons scream enough in the past week to last me a lifetime. Tried letting “Static”play through once thinking that would fix it but nope, keeps coming back. Also if you decide to watch a different movie a lot of times the old movie audio will play over the new movie selection. CS write back quickly but the problem is still consistently happening. If the bugs are fixed, the app will be AMAZING.

good idea, but “exploitation” category? seriously?
the title itself is explanatory. the exploitation and sexualization of women being killed in certain horror films is disgusting. i get that they are made and it’s a genre, but is it ethical or moral for women to be perceived this way? absolutely not. deleted the app after this, it’s disgusting. sad to see

Can’t sign up
I don’t know what the issue is. I created an account and hit the monthly option then I can’t watch. I have to subscribe. I imagine this is a pay on the website and watch on the app deal. Frustrating
Pure theft don’t pay for premium!!!
I paid for yearly subscription and have not been given full access! Requested a refund but have not heard back from customer service! Have contacted apple for full refund! This use to be a good service now it’s just a scam! I’m expecting a full refund if not I may have to use legal action!
App not synced with my subscription
I originally had the ConTv app and subscription but was forced to change to Midnight Pulp . I signed up for a monthly subscription to Midnight Pulp back in April and SINCE APRIL have not been able to watch any content on the app. I have been charged several months already but I still cannot watch any content. Whenever I select a tv show or film I am redirected to a choose your subscription plan screen . I already sent an email to customer support ( if you can call it that) back in May and was sent a response that there was in issue with the servers not syncing subscriptions. This was back in early May. As of July 5th I’m still not able to watch and tv shows or content of any sort. I’ve been charged every month since April for a monthly subscription but can not watch anything . This app is incredibly frustrating .

Too Many Bugs
I really appreciate having this app available, but it's pretty annoying when it kicks me out every time I'm watching something or need to pause. It's just such a hassle to keep logging in over and over again.

Better but…..
The new update is better looking for the menus and the live schedule for the 12.9" iPad Pro. But when you switch to full screen, the screen locks which direction the landscape mode is in and never switches. Which for my display is upside down. Wish someone would have tested this before sending it out.

Difficult to find cult movies, movies I haven’t seen in decades, and plenty of new gems. The most fun I’ve had searching for movies since Blockbuster closed!!! Get this app! And support the company by paying for the RX!!! But the free stuff is GREAT too!
Plays the wrong episode
Kept playing the wrong episode of the show I wanted to watch. Sat through a lot of commercials just for it to keep playing the wrong episode.

I'm not sure why this app doesn't change orientations correctly. Will drive you crazy by always opening in portrait mode and you have to browse shows etc in that orientation until you view, then it changes to landscape. When you exit it once again goes into portrait mode.
This will drive you mad over time.
Also the Apple TV app defaults to subtitles on and nothing you do will make it default to subtitles off. The minute you open a new show after turning off subtitles, guess what?
Subtitles are back on.

What happened?
I reinstalled this app after a couple of years and it’s terrible. Ads play OVER the movies and there’s too many of them. I gave up on the app not even 30 minutes into a movie. I can’t pause the movie. Too bad it’s not like before.
