Okay word game
If you like word games it’s okay, but if you are looking to solve a mystery there’s not much to it. All you really do is follow the story and play the word game to read the story. No great mystery here, and there are flaws in the story. For instance, two girls with the same father, but different mothers, are half sisters, not step sisters. If you know anything about investigations this game will make you laugh. There are no real choices to be made. But, you can play the word game without watching ads, so that’s a bonus. It just takes a lot of clicking through other stuff to get to it.

I really enjoy this game, but the app doesn’t open any more. It’s gets to 10% open and just stops. What’s up with that?

I love this game however my only concern is the length of time you have to wait before the next murder is downloaded it has been months since I finished case and still no 13 also nice to see the freebies back
Too many points needed for the mystery portion
Would be a great game if it didn’t require so many points to get anywhere in the mystery. The mysteries are well put together, just requires too many word puzzles to get to them. If they changed the points need for detectives to work or increased the points given for the word puzzle, it would be a 5 star game. At this point, I am considering deleting the game. The mystery is why I play. The word game is just to get me there. Maybe others prefer the word game more, not sure…

Love it so far
Actual game is good but…
The game and story line is really fun and entertaining but the puzzles are super hard and it sometimes take me hours just to find the last word. I like that it has no adds but maybe make the puzzles just a little bit easier? The dog is so cute and as I said the story is fun and murder mystery is hard to solve and fun to puzzle over but JUST CHANGE THE PUZZLES!!!

Update not working
Love this game!! But have been unable to update the game. Can’t play any new cases. I don’t see an “update” button anywhere. How can I update so I can continue to play??
Won’t load and log in every time, which fails
It won’t load at all anymore and you have to log in (unsuccessfully) every time. Shame. I love the show and was looking forward to playing the game.☹️

Need more cases
Once you get to 12 cases you have reached the end of the case list. Additionally, the word puzzles will reject legitimate words. I loved the cases and puzzles. I wish there were more of them. For that reason only giving 3 stars

I love the Tv show Midsomer murder
What an enjoyable word game!
I love this word game as it combines murder, mayham, and a very cute little dog, with the brain challenge of word puzzles. The voices are excellently done. It’s the only word game I currently play at this time. Join the fun!
No new levels for at least two years now
I have reviewed this game in the past and have been highly critical of its constant need to crash. Well now my problem is the lazy developers.
I have finished all twelve levels, in fact I finished all twelve levels a year or two ago. I would have been done much sooner but I had to delete and re-start from the beginning so many times. Like I should have finished all twelve levels four years ago at least.
Have the developers made any new levels beyond level 12, heck no! I am pretty sure that the developer company is either no longer in business or else they’re a racket for something else. Who puts out a game with only twelve levels and doesn’t ever add any more levels if they’re a legit developer? Well the answer is Qiiwi Games, that’s who. I doubt they’re legit, probably gathering info for their political bosses. Lame.

Disappointed
Too many ads. There is an ad after completing just two or three actions which may just take less than a minute. If you want to spend all of your time watching ads, this game is for you. Deleting the ap.
Tedious and boring. Too wordy and WAAAAAAAAAY TOO MANY ADS!
This game sounded and looked fun but after 20 min of play I never even got to the game part. Way too much story and not enough action.

Within the first minute an ad that lasted one and a half minutes, played one game for 10 seconds then another ad. Deleting it as we speak.
Boring game
Only played for 2 days and already bored of it. It’s tedious and slow - find clues, make as much words as possible out of 5 letters and find hidden items. Deleting - sorry.
