App crashes, can’t see your devices, can’t re-enable them, awful redesign, awful experience, awful app. 0/10 would not recommend
Worse with time
I used to use this app to set restrictions on my kids’ phones to prevent them from accessing content. I guess an update was done. Restrictions are no longer even on there. The only thing the app does is show what devices are on the network and you can set a time limit for connection. Without the restrictions the app is now useless to me. It use to be a nice, free service that helped me but no more. Pretty disappointed.

Garbage App
“Your app is unable to connect at this time.” “Sorry! We can’t find your account.” I can never manage my network when I want. I don’t ever leave reviews but I’ll leave one for this app. It’s garbage, and the midsouth support team does nothing about it. Good way to lose customers to xfinity or tachus.

App non functional
I can log in on the website. Using the app always results in ‘wrong password or email.’ Even though I copy paste the same thing and am able to login to the website.
Does Not Work
This app does not work on iPhones.
