Confusing and doesn’t work
App shuts down when you try to login. Not truly a mobile app in terms of functionality and interface.
Doesn’t Open
It opens for a second and then closes. Even if you get it to work, it’s one of the worst experiences ever. Perhaps Midtown should look at their competitors, East Bank, Lifetime, and SoHo House, all of whom have nice functioning app experiences.
Pitiful
This app is not consistent with the expected level of service at a premium fitness club. Difficult to schedule classes, and even harder to re-set login credentials. difficult to get needed assistance.
Terrible!
Most expensive club in Chicago and they could care less about supporting members with a functioning app.

better to bookmark the website and use that. 2 stars for effort.
Doesn’t Work
Sure, you can look at the calendar of classes, but you can’t add a class to your phone’s calendar without getting a strange coding error screen. I can’t sign in and therefore, I can’t sign up for any of the events offered. For being a rather expensive club to join, the app cheapens the experience overall.

Barely works horrible UX, just spins and spins
App is awful
Needs to remain logged in. I don’t know why it keeps logging me out. So frustrating.

Not User Friendly
This application is so incredibly frustrating, it’s almost as if it were designed to not be user friendly. Why can’t such an expensive gym invest just a little more in their online infrastructure?
The app doesn’t open
When installed on iPhone X the app doesn’t open. Deleted it. Useless.
Completely useless
I was told the app would work for Weston location, but I can’t even access the club hours of operation. Ask for credentials and don’t even get the email...

Great club, terrible app
Love the club, hate this app and the website. The app freezes, it’s hard to navigate, the Add to Calendar feature in classes doesn’t work with iCal. Definitely hoping for a redesign so this app matches the high level of service and facilities at Midtown.
Doesn’t work, don’t waste your time
Crashes every time I open the app. Have tried reinstalling, rebooting, updating...etc. short of a complete software/hardware clean (which I’m not going to do), I’ve tried everything. Used to work, but have to say this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Very limited
This app should be much better. You can not obtain account information such as lending charges and other billing items. All it five is a schedule. Needs some work, Midtown!
Not really an app
Basically the same as the website but slower and buggier. Save the headaches and just use your browser.
The worst app ever!
Just joined the club and was encouraged to download the app and I’m blown away by how much it doesn’t work. Literally freezes every time you try to toggle another screen. I’ve tried to look up class schedules and it shows basics and will crash and close out. This is a pretty pricey establishment you would think they’d have this buttoned up. Disappointing.

Terrible App
Love midtown but this app is terrible. Doesn’t work half the time so no way to check class schedules. Has never let me log in. Difficult to navigate. For as much as midtown costs they should invest some funds in a halfway decent app.
