This app was working perfectly until one day it’s just not. It can’t read any wifi and always thinks I’m offline, leading to me accidentally buying 3 tickets because the app wasn’t showing it. I have no clue what has gone wrong with it, but I’ve restarted the app and my phone and it’s still not working.

Good for tourists
This is really good app in the area for day to day travel. User friendly interface and very easy to operate but tickets.

App doesn’t work, don’t bother
This app and bus server will leave you stranded in Denmark. Called customer service twice, tried every way possible and it won’t let me purchase a ticket. The bus has no card reader on board either.
Impossible to use
I don’t know if it’s because I’m not using a Danish card but couldn’t get any form of payment to work, just constant messages to contact support. Very frustrating.
Good app. Few improvements to make it great
I used this app when working abroad (UK citizen in Aarhus, Denmark) for two weeks in May 2018.
Overall the app is great. Payment is quick and you can get a ticket very easily...

Aside from one trip from Aarhus to Ebeltoft, I mainly use this for commuting on one route. So, once I knew my route, I saved it as a favourite and I was sorted. At the beginning, it wasn’t so easy...
The trouble with bus routes is that there are far more stops than with trains. So, finding out exactly what stop you need to take, and whether that falls into a 2- or 3- zone ticket is difficult; especially if you are not familiar with Aarhus. Long bus stop names can be hard to fit on an iPhone screen, and with all the øåæ in place names, it can be quite daunting for people from, e.g., the UK.
But, the was bug-free when I used it, and helped me get from Å to B easily.
I would recommend they test the app with more non-Jutland/Denmark natives to see how they find it. Maybe add a map function to check bus stops before booking? A pre-indication of what zone you may need? Route planning?
