Love the app. Looking at my accounts is easy and transferring external has been added which I love.
Not working
Hi! I downloaded the new update, and my app wont open just sits on the lake screen.
App pop up says I need update
But doesn’t update only goes to open and same pop up comes up saying I need to update and can’t access my account. Uh yikes and no notification from bank of known issues.
Upgrade?
Seems slow… Don’t see the improvement. Doesn’t allow for navigation. User has to close app entirely to go back, especially in deposit applications
Every thing changes
I understand everything changes and new things take getting used to, but this app although it is fast is it only best feature. I understand I can adjust the layout and some of that I am working with, but it is not as user-friendly as the old layout. I am also not seeing things pending like deposits used to in the past. As time passes and the bugs get worked out, I may change my rating from a one star rating.

Mobile deposit
When I do one check, it won’t let me deposit another check without completely closing out of the banking app going back in and it’ll let me. When one bank or one of the check has been processed and deposited. I should think I would be able to make another deposit without having to close out of the app.

Not able to enroll
I am new to online banking but I had the old app and never enrolled but now with the new app I can’t even enroll even if I wanted to.
